2025 Project: Resilience

This project uses interviews, artisitic expression, case studies, and articles to highlight the value of education and resilience. The case studies follow the journey of individuals who share how their lives have changed from 2018 - 2025. These articles were written to increase awareness about healthy coping strategies, risk factors for mental health challenges, and sources of support.

The purpose of this project is to emphasize the importance of giving ourselves time to learn, grow, and become better versions of ourselves despite the challenges we face. These 2 individuals are a phenomenal reflection of what it looks like to empower yourself, remain hopeful, and do the things that bring you the most joy. Great things take time, so remember to be patient with yourself as you uncover and accept the different versions of yourself that will emerge.
